Friday afternoon at the Easy Chair Coffee House in Blacksburg, VA The Plaid Avenger had his Issue #2 Comic Book release party. The Plaid Avenger is an international fighter for freedom. He is a college professor by day, but by night roams the planet to fight international injustices and solve instances of international intrigue.
I was invited to witness and document the release of issue #2. John Boyer is old friend of mine, so I jumped at the chance to be a part of this event. John writes the comic book story lines and his partner Klaus Shmidheiser is the inker of all that John dreams up. Together they create some of the greatest comic book interpretations of international current events that are taking place around the world.
The comic book release party was a great success, the Easy Chair Coffee House was packed. Thank you John and Klaus for allowing me to document the event. Below are some of the shots I got during The Plaid Avenger Issue #2 release party. Enjoy!
